LONG TIME!

Alright so its been forever since the last post from Tori and I and soooo much has happened!

My close friend Alaina came to visit for her spring break! Which was soo much fun! While she was here, we went over to DUBLIN for St. Patty's Day! If there is one thing you should all know, it is that St. Patty's Day is not a joke there. It is crazy. People everywhere, dressed up and drinking. Children are in pubs at all times of the day and its no big deal!
Picture from left to right: Brit, Betsy, Tori, Lachlan, Robbie, Alaina, Josh, Dom and Me!
This was at one of the many pubs we ventured to while in Dublin. Brit, Lachlan, Robbie, Josh and Dom are mine and Tori's friends that we have met here and do most of our social stuff with!
Betsy is Tori's friend from home who we met up with in Dublin.
This was at the end of the day. We had all been awake and drinking for a disgusting amount of time.

Hopefully our next adventure will be to London!
Tori has booked her ticket back to the states and what was going to seem like a long time, has gone by so fast we don't know what to do!
Besides London, our next plans involve our Euro Trip! We leave April 14th and come back April 30th! Going to Italy, Spain, Germany, Czech, France!

We will get better at blogging hopefully!
we miss you all sooo much!

Hungry Anyone?

Yes I'm a live, I realize its been quiet sometime since I've contributed to the blog forgive me I have just been putting it off. Let me start telling you about Holland through my favorite subject, food. Last night one of my classmates and his friends kindly offered to cook a traditional Dutch cuisine called Stamppot. It looks a lot like this picture here:
Their ingredients were quite different than the picture;  mashed potatoes, green beans (instead of brussel sprouts eww),  bell peppers, onions, bacon, curry spicing, coconut milk and rookworst (sausage)
I hope to make it for anyone who is willing when I return to the states. I must admit this dish is not far off from others I have tried but it was certainly quiet an experience to have Dutch natives cook a Dutch dish. I quiet enjoyed it and maybe you will too!
My next adventure in the food department will be the famous kroket!
till next time, Kind regards!

EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND, UK.

If you thought I loved England, I love Scotland just as much. If not more. So, Quin, Taylor, and I all set out for an overnight trip to Scotland. Would we do it that way again, no. It's about an 8 hour bus ride from Leeds. We didn't get to see much of the countryside arriving or going, it was dark :(. But, Edinburgh is amazing. Everything you need to see is on what's called "The Royal Mile." Conveniently enough, that was where our hostel was. So here are the pictures, and hopefully I can give you sufficient enough history and background. Enjoy!

So the Blog isn't working properly. I'll try and post all of my pictures later and comment on them!
